Join us for a guided hike on the ranch with the Marin Ag Land Trust (MALT)! Our hike destination will be Walker Creek to explore the coho salmon research project by the Department of Fish and Wildlife. 

We are proud to be part of an on-going coho salmon habitat restoration project (6+ years) that has involved releasing smolt (baby salmon) and tracking movement to bolster population numbers. The 2023 stats show exciting progress for coho in the area, listed as threatened under the Endangered Species Act. • Trail level: easy
• There is no charge for this event, which is made possible by the support of MALT donors. Hikes will start at our gathering place, The Haven, at 10 AM and 1 PM.
• Picnic area will be open from 10 AM until the start of the second hike at 1 PM, bring your own picnic and come enjoy the views!
