100% Grass Fed/Finished and Dry Aged Beef

Grazing the rolling hills of Marin County, our pasture raised beef has access to some of California's finest forage and purest spring water. The herd is selectively Angus which have high amounts of marbling creating an ultra tender and rich flavor profile. Our cattle are grass fed and grass finished - no grain. Meat is dry aged and vacuum sealed.
PICK UP AT THE RANCH: Pick up at ranch in Tomales is available Fridays and Sundays from 12-2 PM. Put a note in the check out box to let us know which day you are coming. Order by 5 PM Wednesday to pick up that weekend. 
LOCAL DELIVERY: Zip codes eligible for delivery will show at check out. If you are in Marin or Sonoma County and your zip code does not show at check out, email for a custom delivery quote. Order by 5 PM on Sunday for Tuesday delivery.
SHIPPING: We recommend purchasing at least eight pounds of meat, especially for long distance shipping. The more volume, the better contents stay frozen. Order by 5 PM on Monday for Tuesday shipping.
