Grazing the rolling hills of Marin County, our pasture raised beef has access to some of California's finest forage and purest spring water. The herd is selectively Angus which have high amounts of marbling creating an ultra tender and rich flavor profile. Our cattle are grass fed and grass finished - no grain. Meat is dry aged and vacuum sealed.
