Rancher's Reserve Grassfed Lamb Box

Our pasture raised and finished sheep spend their entire lives grazing the rolling hills of Marin's coastline. The clean, wholesome atmosphere translates to a premium product and you can truly taste the difference. 

The sample box includes over twelve pounds and is filled with our most sought after, premium cuts! 

• 2 loin chops (appx. .7 lb each)
• 2 shoulder chop (appx. 1 lb each)
• 1 leg steak (appx. .9 lb each)
• 1 leg of lamb, boneless (appx. 3 lb each)
• 1 rack of lamb, bone-in (appx. 1.8 lb each)
• 3 ground lamb (appx. 1 lb each)
