Our pasture raised and finished sheep spend their entire lives grazing the rolling hills of Marin's coastline. The clean, wholesome atmosphere translates to a premium product and you can truly taste the difference. 

The sample box includes over ten pounds of family grilling favorites - so fire up the BBQ! 

• 2 leg steaks (appx. 1 lb each)
• 2 loin chops (appx. .7 lb each)
• 1 rack of lamb (appx. 1.8 lb each)
• 1 sirloin roast (appx. 1.5 lb each)
• 1 lamb shank (appx. 1 lb each)
• 3 ground lamb (appx. 1 lb each)
