Attendance is free, but registration is required! Registration for activities is required by Wednesday, October 9th to make sure we have enough materials for you.

Join us at the barn to learn about day-to-day ranch chores from the rancher (bring your questions about beef and ranching!). We are part of the Marin Carbon Project and also love to chat about how our livestock are part of positive action for climate change.

Bring your questions that you have been wondering about when investing in a year's worth of beef for your freezer! - Picnic seating area with lawn games for bring your own picnic (indoor and outdoor - rain or shine).

Pick up for Marin Coast Ranch beef and lamb pre-orders.
- REGISTRATION CLOSED 10/9: Kids compost in a cup science station - healthy soil is so important for healthy food! Composting is nature's way of recycling organic matter into nutrient rich soil to help new plants grow. Make a mini compost bin to take home with you!
- REGISTRATION CLOSED 10/9: Dry Rub Spice Blending Station (adults recommended)

Getting here:
Follow Google map directions to: The Haven at Tomales, our agritourism gathering space. Follow on-site parking signs to park behind barn. Meet us at the front of the barn for activities.
Helpful tips:
- Rain or shine! Please be aware of the weather forecast and dress appropriately.
- Our stop is kid friendly! But, please keep an eye on youngsters as we are a working ranch with livestock and equipment. Supervision at all times is required!
- Bring a water bottle and sunscreen.
- Bring a cooler and basket or bag for purchases. Please carry out any garbage you bring with you.
- Please drive slowly. Watch out for kids and critters on the ranch.
- Please no smoking or vaping.
- Please leave your pets at home. Service animals always excepted.
