Born and grazed in the lush coastal West Marin pastures! We harvest in early summer when the grass is still tender.
Harvest is scheduled with Bud's Custom Meats. You will pick up your frozen meat at their shop in Penngrove. After harvest, Bud's will call you to review your cut sheet options. These will be decisions like how you want your rack of lamb, how many chops per package, paper or plastic vacuum seal, and more! Their staff is great and will walk you through the entire decision process. No problem if you have never done this before! Buyers are responsible to pay Bud's for harvest and cut/wrap fees. For a whole lamb, your fees to Bud's will be approximately $130-170. You will pay them when you pick up your meat. Final fees will depend on your choices made post harvest (ie. specialty processing or paper vs plastic vacuum seal).
