Beef Sampler Box

Everything you need to provide your family with a month's worth of local and sustainably harvested beef! Over 10 pounds!

Each beef box includes:

• "Favorite" Steaks (Ribeye, Filet Mignon, Oyster, New York Strip, or a Mix) 1-1.5 lbs approximately
• Arrachera Steak, Skirt Steak, or Carne Asada: one or a mix, 2 lbs approximately
• Sirloin Steak, 2 lb approximately
  
• Chuck Roast, Kabob Cubes, Mock Tenderloin, or Brisket, 2-3 lbs approximately
• Ground beef, 3 lbs approximately
