Everything you need to provide your family with a month's worth of local and sustainably harvested beef! 

Each beef box includes*:

• New York boneless steak [1 lb]
• Beef shank osso buco [1 lb]
  
• Roast [2-3 lb]
• Ground beef [6 lbs]
  
• Assorted bones [3-4 lbs]

*we keep a limited amount of inventory on-hand to maintain maximum freshness! If we run out of a cut, we will notify you and replace it with something of equal or greater value.
