Grass Fed Lamb Individual Cuts

Born and grazed in the lush coastal West Marin pastures! 100% grass fed and grass finished, our family raises sheep as part of our commitment to biodiversity on the land. Different species (cows vs sheep) will graze the land differently. We value the sheep for their grazing contribution to the cattle operation. We harvest in early June when the grasses are green for tender, flavorful meat. Pounds per cut is an average; slight variations in size will occur.
